Since we got the club up & going again 2 years ago…..Lots has happened since we last met & we thought this would be a good time to update everyone on what we’ve been working on.

  • We’ve helped out with 3 Earth day cleanups & picked up 30,000 lbs. of garbage

 #6. Fun Events

  • Our 2nd annual First responders charity BBQ was a huge success last month
  • Movember Poker Rally planned for Nov 26th
  • Santa Claus Parade(we would like to put in another float)

#7. Obtained & inventory of our club assets(banners, paper plates, cutlery, etc.)

  • Produced new banners & obtained new assets for the club(table, BBQ, etc.)

#8. Communication:

  • We feel it is important to keep in contact with the members & provide a forum & way for us to all keep in touch:
  • Facebook, website & forums are up & running
  • Club meetings each quarter with special guest speakers

#9. Island Timberlands

  • Last hunting season helped to check in people during hunting season for 4 hours each Sunday
  • We have had our land use deal for almost 2 years with them & covers most of the Buckley Bay operating zone(about 50,000 acres)
  • We have a great working relationship with them & they have been very supportive of our club


#10. Riding:

  • Well, this is the most important part!
  • We try to organize a club ride each month depending on weather
  • Please use Facebook to organize rides, look for rides and post pictures
  • Each month your executive meet to discuss club business


#11. Timberwest

  • We have been able to secure our first land use agreement with TW for the Brown’s River area
  • 20,000 acres
  • They have been great to work with & provided us with a staging/safety training area
